Most clients notice regrowth around four to six weeks, depending on individual hair cycles and care. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and soften hairs. Avoid exfoliating heavily for 24-48 hours post-treatment to protect healing skin.
Our technicians use hard wax and calming treatments to minimize irritation. We recommend pre- and post-care, including gentle exfoliation after 48 hours and lightweight soothing products to reduce ingrown hairs. Sensitive-skin consultations are available before service.
Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid heavy lotions or oils. Trim long hairs slightly if needed, but avoid shaving. Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to reduce ingrowns. Notify us of medications or skin sensitivities prior to service.
Sessions usually take 20–35 minutes, including consultation, precise waxing, and the reviving post-wax treatment. Timing varies with hair growth, client comfort, and any necessary adjustments. Allow extra time for first visits and privacy.
Topical retinoids and some acne medications increase sensitivity and risk of lifting. We generally advise pausing certain products one week prior or consult your dermatologist. Please disclose medications during booking so we can adjust or recommend alternatives for safe waxing.
Discomfort varies, but our hard-wax technique and experienced staff minimize pain. We use tension, quick removal, and calming products to reduce sensation. Breathing techniques and breaks are offered; topical numbing can be discussed for especially sensitive clients.
