Most clients enjoy smooth hands for three to six weeks depending on hair growth, hormonal factors, and aftercare. Regular waxing can extend intervals and produce finer regrowth over time. We'll recommend a personalized schedule at your appointment.
We use high-quality wax and gentle techniques to minimize discomfort. Most clients report brief, manageable sensations during removal. We can adjust temperature and technique, offer breaks, and apply soothing post-wax treatments to calm skin and reduce sensitivity.
Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and keep skin clean and dry. Avoid lotions or oils the day of your appointment. If you’re on retinoids or have recent sunburn, inform us so we can adjust or reschedule for safety.
Proper technique and aftercare greatly reduce ingrown hairs and irritation. We use high-quality wax, extract from the root, and finish with exfoliation and nourishing treatment. Follow at-home exfoliation and moisturization guidelines to prevent bumps and promote smooth regrowth.
For best results, hair should be about 1/4 inch (6mm) long so wax can grip the root. If hair is shorter, wait a week; if longer, trimming slightly can improve comfort. Technicians will assess length before starting.
Avoid hot water, saunas, and heavy creams for 24 hours. Apply the soothing serum we provide, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, and use a hydrating, non-comedogenic moisturizer daily to maintain softness and prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.
