I had a great experience at Skinwell! From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. She walked me through every step of the facial, explaining what she was doing, what products she was using, and how each one benefits my skin. I really appreciated how informative and attentive she was—it made the whole experience feel personalized and professional....more

After doing extensive research to find the right esthetician for my boyfriend, I still had some reservations because I wasn’t sure what to expect for him.

I decided to take a chance on this particular esthetician, and I’m so glad I did. She answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease, especially since I wouldn’t be there with him during the appointment. She even took the time to give me a quick call to discuss any additional concerns I had, which I truly appreciated.

My boyfriend’s skin looks fantastic—his ingrown hairs were properly removed, and he looks completely refreshed.

I’m also very particular about great customer service, and honestly, it’s not something you find often these days. However, this esthetician exceeded my expectations. Her communication and follow-through were outstanding. I have to give her a full 5 stars, and we will definitely be booking with her again!

I guess I’m next for a facial? 😃...more

Merolin is Amazing at what she does! She has just the right touch and is very educated about skin. Her service was VERY relaxing and she pays attention to details!!! I have extremely congested skin and she had me leave with a GLOW which my boyfriend even noticed😆🩷 she also has wonderful products which she did not push me to buy just simply reccommend them and left it up to me and i can appreciate that! Cant wait to come back in a few weeks. The service was excellent 10/10...more

When I moved back to NY, my skin completely freaked out from the change in environment. I was dealing with breakouts that just wouldn’t calm down. She took the time to really assess what was going on and recommended the right chemical treatments along with products that actually made sense for my skin.

Within weeks, I saw such a difference. My acne cleared up and, more importantly, my skin feels balanced again. I never felt pressured into buying anything — everything she suggested was intentional and effective. I’m so grateful I found her....more
